We will be the first to admit when we were wrong. Rates hit an ALL time low today. We had been predicting higher rates towards the end of the year. The reason? We had many, inflation, US downgrade of bonds and improving US economy. We could not be any happier with our wrong prediction. Looks like some good times ahead for interest rates.
